This Pajero Sport came to us with a goal: enhance performance and driveability. We didn’t stop there; we also installed a billet alloy HPD engine oil catch can to optimise engine health and performance.
The Tuning Process: Precision and Care
Our expert engineers completed a custom dyno tune specifically for this vehicle. But before any tuning had taken place, we performed a thorough pre-tune inspection to ensure the vehicle was in top mechanical condition, prior to carrying out the tune. As expected, this Pajero Sport was in great shape and ready for our custom dyno tune.
The owner uses this Pajero Sport as a daily driver and sought improvements in overall driveability and throttle response. Our team took these factors into account to tailor the dyno tune to meet these needs.
Results That Speak Volumes
So, what did we achieve with the custom dyno tune? Initially, the Pajero Sport ran at:
Before Tuning: 93 kilowatts of power and 306 Newton meters of torque, at the rear tyres.
After our meticulous tuning process, the results were impressive:
After Tuning: 121 Kilowatts of power and 417 Newton meters of torque, at the rear tyres!
This represented over a 30% gain in both peak power and peak torque—very impressive and an excellent upgrade for any Pajero Sport owner.
