MAZDA BT-50 (GEN 3)
In late 2020, Australia took delivery of the all-new BT-50 Generation 3 models, with a change to everything including the engine. Now powered by Isuzu’s awesome 4JJ3-TCX 3-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is also found in the Gen 3 D-Max. These engines have great response and improved turbo lag over the previous 3.2L Ford engines and respond very well to custom dyno tuning. These Gen 3 BT-50s are great all-rounders, quite comfortable for highway drives and touring and also capable off-road. They are popular tradie utes but also really good for families too.
