NISSAN NAVARA D22
A cost-effective workhorse, the D22 is also considered a versatile off-road tourer by many. The earlier models (from 2003) came out with the 3-litre turbo ZD30DI engine (which was also found in the Nissan Patrol), with Nissan upgrading to the common-rail 2.5-litre 4 cylinder turbo engine (YD25) in 2006 (with the higher output versions found in the D40 Navara). Both engines respond well to modifications & tuning.
