CURRENT ROLES
DANDENONG, MELBOURNE, VIC
An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Technician to join the Ultimate Diesel Tuning Team at our Dandenong store in Melbourne’s South-East. Ultimate Diesel Tuning has performance centres in Melbourne, Brisbane & the Gold Coast – we are a diesel performance enhancing & tuning company.
This role is Monday – Friday. We are looking for a fully qualified 4wd & light vehicle diesel mechanic/technician, who has experience with common-rail diesel vehicles & enjoys working in a busy workshop in a great team environment.
This role incorporates mechanical work, as well as operating our 4WD dyno & also carrying out front counter work including performance advising.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised & effective team member with a strong attention to detail to ensure that our excellent customer service standards are met. Training will be provided for the performance modification/dyno operation & front office/service advisor aspects of this role.
Remuneration is negotiable & is dependent on the successful applicant’s expertise.
Duties include –
* Fitting upgraded performance parts to turbo diesel vehicles
* Fault diagnosis & rectification
* Operating the dyno & assisting the tuner as required
* Carrying out general service advising/customer service to our customers
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified 4wd & light vehicle diesel mechanic/technician & will have:
* Good computer skills
* Exceptional time management & communication skills
* A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
* The ability to take initiative & work hard
* Own tools
* An unrestricted auto & manual Driver’s Licence
* A passion for 4WDs

An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Support/Admin Officer to join the Ultimate Diesel Tuning Team at
our head office at Geebung in Brisbane’s Northside.
The primary role of the Sales Support/Admin Officer is to provide support to our Sales Team members, with
the role incorporating both Sales Support & general admin tasks.
This role is Monday to Friday, however flexibility for weekend work is required for 4×4 events that we attend
annually (maximum of 3 per year).
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be a highly organised & effective
team member with a strong attention to detail to ensure that our excellent customer service standards are
met.
Ultimate Diesel Tuning has performance mechanical centres in Melbourne, Brisbane & the Gold Coast – we
are a diesel performance enhancing & tuning company.
Duties include –
* Accurately completing & maintaining relevant sales documents & paperwork
* Assisting sales team with quoting tasks
* Liaising with suppliers, ordering of parts for jobs & managing inbound parts
* Managing our company’s booking system
* Creating invoices within our company’s invoicing system
* Inputting data into our company’s customer database (CRM) & maintaining data accurately
* Phone answering & call distribution
* Assisting the sales team at various yearly 4X4 events
* Miscellaneous other tasks including ordering & maintaining workshop & office stock
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent typing & computer skills, including being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs &
CRMs
* Extensive experience in administration & data entry
* Exceptional time management & communication skills
* An excellent phone etiquette & strong customer service skills
* A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
The successful candidate will also be reliable, punctual, committed, self-motivated & well organised.
