NISSAN PATHFINDER R51
Spanning 10 years, from 2005 to 2015, the Pathfinder provides reasonable space & comfort & is a practical wagon-style rig. Not too bad offroad & pretty good on the beach, it’s proven to be a great family wagon. The stand-out model is the Ti version, which is powered by the very torquey 3-litre V6 turbo engine (V9X) that’s also found in the D40 ST-X 550 Navara. The other engine variant, which is the most popular in the Pathfinder models, is the 2.5-litre 4 cylinder turbo one known as the YD25 – it comes in a lot of power & torque output variants & is also found in the D40 Navaras. All engines respond well to modifications & tuning, especially the V9X. We have listed 1 variation of the YD here, but the other YD25s make around the same gains. Refer to Navara D40 for a couple of other ones, plus a V9X V6 one.
